Syria Crisis
Today I was very privileged to visit the Jordanian towns of Al-Ramtha and Al-Mafraq, both around 5km away from the Syrian border. While on my visit I learnt that, incredibly, the two towns already have well over 1,000 displaced families from Syria.
Snowdon Trek 2011
So Muslim Aid organised a challenge to trek up Mount Snowdon in May of 2011 I was well excited because I’ve never climbed Snowdon. I remember the day before the trek I fell ill and couldn’t even go in to work.

On March 15th 2008, Muslim Aid and a team of our volunteers donned their HIK4GAZA t-shirts and braved the elements to climb Mount Snowdon in Wales. The Mission; to raise funds for our Gaza Appeal. The outcome; sore legs, some coughs and colds but £20,000 was for the people of Gaza.
