Muslim Aid is an international humanitarian relief & development agency looking to employ a professional individual who will be highly committed to our mission, vision and values:
You will be working as part of Muslim Aid’s unique call centre team in processing all telephone donations for our televised live appeals which are one of the busiest nights of the year for Muslim Aid. You will provide a professional and efficient service to Muslim Aid supporters and process telephone donations accurately.
You will need experience of working in a customer service environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will possess good knowledge of customer service and numeracy skills. You must be able to learn and use new software efficiently and effectively. Knowledge of additional languages and experience of working in a call centre is desirable.
