Celebrity chefs produce recipes for Ramadan

If you’re eating fewer meals then make them good ones – that’s the message from cookery experts who have teamed up to support Muslim Aid’s vital Ramadan campaign work.

Masterchef 2017 winner Saliha Ahmed shows readers how to whip up a mango shrikhand pudding for a suhoor treat, while Malaysian-born international chef Anis Nabilah has provided a fresh take on a lamb stew infused with dates and sweet potato which serves as an ideal iftar meal.

Reality TV personality and accomplished cook Rustie Lee, along with Chinese-American chef, author and TV presenter Ken Hom. Radhika Beldi’s smoothie and Shrabani Basu’s fish curry are also among the dishes on offer.

While crafted by the experts, the recipes are intended to be uncomplicated to prepare at home. You can try them yourself by clicking on the PDFs below. Do make sure to upload your photos and tag us on social media if you decide to try one of the recipes!
