A great opportunity has arisen to lead our national community fundraising efforts. The National Community Fundraising Manager will lead the strategic direction of national fundraising across the UK implementing a recruitment drive across all key community fundraising roles; a mosque engagement strategy; work with Facilities to source new offices with full infrastructure and revisit systems and processes.

This will be a busy role with a national focus.  Therefore, the right candidate will need to have prior experience in community fundraising, be able to travel nationally, provide vision and leadership, identifying and implementing initiatives to maximise income and increase unrestricted funding opportunities.

The ability to analyse, interpret data to help refine and implement plans to increase activity/campaign effectiveness is essential.  You will need to be able to inspire people, developing trusting, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
