Muslim Aid is a British, faith-based international development organisation that provides support to communities around the world affected by disasters, conflict or endemic poverty without regard to their social, religious, or ethnic background.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a 6 month FTC working within a small HR team and playing a key role in providing a professional in-house recruitment service to hiring managers, ensuring they are fully supported throughout the recruitment & selection process.
This is a full-cycle recruitment role serving departments including; Finance, Communications, International Programme Development, Fundraising, HR, SLT, IT, Supporter Relations and Facilities. This 360 role will include candidate attraction, shortlisting, interviewing, providing feedback through to offer and on-boarding for permanent and FTC positions.
In addition and crucially this role will support the recruitment and on-boarding of temporary staff during the busy period of Ramadan and Qurbani. This will be a very busy time managing large volumes of candidates and ensuring an excellent, seamless recruitment and onboarding process.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an excellent communicator with previous recruitment experience, ideally within an internal recruitment position. You will have experience of managing a 360 recruitment process and be able to manage multiple deadlines and demands from the hiring managers.
You will enjoy working in a tight-knit team and be able to adapt to changing priorities easily and with enthusiasm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the not-for-profit sector or expand their in-house recruitment experience.
