What you’ll be doing:

Working in a dynamic, fun, passionate team this role involves providing a comprehensive administrative / financial support service to the fundraising department particularly on key projects (international volunteers programme, sports development and major gifts). As well as this you will carry out some PA duties to the Direction of the business development function.

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to interact with colleagues, departments and external stakeholders in a professional and confident manner and be able to handle confidential matters with integrity.

You will need to remain composed under pressure and operate in a busy environment in an organised and structured manner with good attention to detail and have excellent abilities to multi-task and manage conflicting demands. Prior experience in an office is essential, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
