Pakistan Earthquake Emergency

A deadly earthquake in Pakistan has already claimed the lives of over 40 people and injured hundreds. Muslim Aid is on the ground and we need your urgent support. Donate Now and Save Lives.

A devastating earthquake in Pakistan’s southwestern province of Balochistan has claimed the lives of over 40 people so far, with hundreds more wounded and injured. Muslim Aid has launched an emergency appeal and is on the ground providing essential humanitarian aid.

£30  Could provide clean drinking water to a family in an emergency.

£60  Could provide an emergency supply of food to a family for a month.

£100   Could provide an emergency survival pack including food, shelter and medication.

£150   Could provide emergency shelter.

£250   Could provide lifesaving medicine and healthcare.

The earthquake measuring magnitude 5.9 struck in the early hours of Thursday, mainly killing women and children while they lay asleep in their beds.

Houses have collapsed and buildings are damaged leaving hundreds of people homeless.

Muslim Aid Pakistan are on the ground working with other agencies to coordinate an effective response.

Our team has vigorous coordination with local Civil Society Organisations, Non-Governmental Organisations and International Nongovernmental Organizations working in Balochistan. We are actively participating in Working Group Meetings at national and Provincial level to ensure aid reaches those in the greatest need and a coordinated effort is carried out.
