Summary of Role
Based in Pakistan, The Dynamics 365 Developer will be working on moving our CRM over to Microsofts fundraising and engagement platform. This role will work closely with our current CRM lead, ICT Manager and key stakeholders.
About the Role
The post holder will develop and execute the CRM Roadmap, including supporting and troubleshooting issues raised by key stake holders whilst working with our Partner on bug fixes
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CRM Lead: Assist in the system transition to the Fundraising and engagement platform, carrying out end-user administration duties, offering support, and addressing any challenges emerging from the platform and third-party tools.
- Technical Roadmap Execution: Partner with the CRM Lead to craft and deliver the technical direction for the CRM. Engage closely with system users to maximise platform benefits, ensuring that the CRM remains central to delivering member engagement services.
- CRM Workflow Development: Aid in designing CRM workflows that bolster business processes, extract vital data, craft bespoke reports, and handle other member information enquiries.
- Ongoing Support & Training: Provide consistent CRM support and training to staff, curating "how-to" guides, rectifying user challenges, and liaising with external support when necessary.
- Data Management Processes: Collaborate in creating and overseeing CRM data import and export processes in line with team requirements. Identify, incorporate, and utilise plug-ins and third-party tools that enhance the CRM's functionality.
- Strategic Planning: Work alongside the team to strategise and deliver a mid-to-long term plan to refine software usage across all business needs. Also, contribute to other data coordination tasks and general IT needs as and when required.

About You
This role is based in Pakistan and open to individuals with unrestricted right to live and work in Pakistan. At this stage we are unable to offer sponsorship opportunities.
To be successful in this role:
- You will be an exceptional experienced and qualified Dynamics Developer with a proven post qualification experience.
- You will be Certified as a Dynamics Developer by Microsoft.
- Proven experience of successfully managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical understanding of Dynamics Online and Dynamics 365.
- Hands-on experience developing custom Dynamics CRM extensions, including workflows and JavaScript and C-Sharp.
