Together this Laylatul Qadr

Tonight is most likely Laylatul Qadr, a night which is "better than a thousand months" (Quran 97:3).

Tonight by drawing on our collective strength and power we can save lives and reap the rewards of more than 83 years of worship.

Giving a little in the way of Allah (swt) tonight will make a profound impact and together we can save 8,854 families around the world. These are some of the most vulnerable families in countries such as Palestine, Yemen, Syria, Afghanistan and the Rohingya.

A Night better than a thousand months

We have indeed revealed this (Message) in the Night of Power:And what will explain to thee what the night of power is?The Night of Power is better than a thousand months.Therein come down the angels and the Spirit by Allahs permission, on every errand:Peace! This until the rise of morn” (Qur’an 97:1-5)

The majority of the scholars say that the 27th night is the Night of Power.

The companion, Ubay ibn Ka’Ab, narrated “By Allah, I know about Laylatul Qadr and I know it fully well that it is the twenty-seventh night (during Ramadan) on which the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) commanded us to observe prayer.” (Muslim)

This is the best night of the year; one good deed is equivalent to more than 83 years of continuous worship. Each £1 you donate tonight will become the equivalent of donating £30,000, Subhan’Allah!
