Save Afghanistan

Right now, in Afghanistan families are being forced to sell internal organs to survive. Decades of war, instability, and drought has claimed the lives of thousands and pushed millions into extreme poverty and malnourishment. Help save Afghanistan.

Desperate Afghan families have resorted to selling their kidneys and even their own children so they can buy food, in what the World Food Programme (WFP) has described as “the worst humanitarian crisis on earth.”

The lack of food, water and medicine is placing the lives of more than 1 million children at risk, with over 22 million people facing food crisis.

Your support is essential to save and protect lives.

£100  Could provide an emergency survival pack including food and water.

£360  Adopt a malnourished Afghan child with treatment for a whole year.

£500  Could provide a truck load of food.

£1000  Could provide one truck load essential medical supplies.

With your help we can save the lives of children who are on the brink of death due to malnourishment. We can provide food and water to families so that they do not have to choose between selling their children or having food on the table, and we can send truckloads of medicine to hospitals and medical clinics across Afghanistan.

Millions of people are in urgent need of humanitarian aid.

The people of Afghanistan are in desperate need. 22 million Afghans are facing food crisis or emergency. 95% of people do not have enough to eat and 1 million children are at risk of dying from malnutrition this winter. Time is running out for many of the children, women, and elderly.
