Madrasa details:

In the light of the Qur'an and Hadith, following the teachings of the Holy Prophet

Muhammad(ﷺ), by creating an up-to-date curriculum and syllabus of Islamic teachings is the desired goal.

Our goal is to educate the pupils by the teaching of the Qur'an and hadith but we also educate them according to the Bangladesh government madrasa board. We are happy to say that our madrasa is registered with the Bangladesh Madrasa board and the registration number is: 602.

We currently have 50+ students aging 6-16 years old. Some of them are orphans, and really poor. But by the grace of Allah(سبحانه و تعالى) we, the main doners, had been running our madrasa for the last 5 years without any issues. We had provided the students with food, accommodation, education with free Qitabs(books). The popularity of the madrasa is increasing and the number of students is increasing which is leading us to ask for donations from other people as the expenses became higher than usual owing to the increase of price hike, rent increase, the number of students increases and a number of teachers with the security.

Here are the details of the expense:

We have rented a building and we need to pay the rent monthly with the utility bills and security which costs about £1800/month.
We provide free food for every student and teacher. Three meals a day, water, and snacks. Which currently costs us around £700/month.
We need to pay the salary of the teachers, security, cook which cost around £1700/month.
We need to buy Qitabs and books for the library and for the students. And they cost around £80-£100/month.

So, we need around £5000 per month to run the Madrasah at this moment.

Now, for the demand of the increasing students, we are expanding our madrasa and renting another floor of the building. We have expanded the classrooms too.

Why we are raising the fund: I along with my friend Hafiz Mufti Muhaddith Dr. Muhammad Mamunur Rashid Nu'mani started this madrasa in 2017 and since then we have been covering the expense of this madrasa by ourselves and very small fees from some of the capable students. After then we also took some donations from some of our close friends and family as Sadaqah. But now the expense has increased double after the COVID-19 pandemic started. So, we wanted to involve you on this journey to help the students learn the Quran and hadith.

“…that which you give for charity, seeking the Countenance of Allah, (will increase); it is those who will get a recompense multiplied.” (Qur’an, 30:39)

“When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge and a child who prays for them.” (Muslim)

Where your donation will be spent (included but not limited to):

Accommodation for the students.
Food for the students and teachers.
Classroom rent.
Buying Qitab (Books).

Finally, we are urging for your Sadqaye Jariyah for the continuation of our journey to the path of education taught by our prophet Muhammad(ﷺ). Our target fund collation is around £3500/month. We currently have a high amount of debt running the Madrasa. And in this situation, running the Madrasa has become hard for us. So, please donate generously.
