Being an active relief aid and development organization with presence in over 70 countries, Muslim Aid relies on the generous donations from valued donors as well as the pledges from fundraiser to ensure every penny we generate goes to relief aid recipients. We are really excited about our upcoming event that will be taking place during the bank holiday in May; the Snowdon Retreat 2014 with Sheikh Yusuf Az-Zahaby.
Muslim Aid Snowdon Retreat 2014
Muslim Aid recently held a fundraiser for the event. We received an overwhelmingly positive response and we are proud to announce that the Snowdon Retreat 2014 is now fully booked! So many people attended the event and we couldn’t be happier. We were able to achieve our target and we would like to thank everyone for their incredible support and well wishes. A special thanks to all those who attended to make the event a huge success.
The Snowdon Retreat will take place this bank holiday weekend from 24th to the 25th of May, 2014. The retreat will feature three cities namely Birmingham, London and Manchester and renowned speaker Sheikh Yusuf Az-Zahaby will be accompanies the attendees. This is a great opportunity for people to climb the highest mountain in Wales. While climbing it is not at all difficult because there are routes that lead up to the top, nevertheless the prospect comes with its share of adventure and thrill.
You’re In For A Treat
People who have booked for this retreat are in for a treat! Muslim Aid has handed out info packs to all the participants who will be accompanying Sheikh Az-Zahaby on this voyage. The retreat includes travel, accommodation, team building activities and food including delicious BBQ. This will be a weekend people will remember for years to come.
Of course this is certainly not going to the last retreat Muslim Aid does. We are actively involved in multiple events and activities all year long. The goal is to create awareness among people about the importance of donating to charity and how your charity money is spent. There are millions of people that are in dire need to assistance ranging from food and shelter to clothes, books and medicine.
Once again, Muslim Aid would like to take this opportunity to thank our valued donors who continue to donate generous in multiple campaigns organised by Muslim Aid to provide aid in remote parts of the world; campaigns such as the Syria campaign and the Myanmar campaign.
