Tender Invitation: Safety and Security Consultancy

Muslim Aid UK is inviting suitably qualified consultants or consultancy firms to undertake a comprehensive review of its Safety and Security Policy and Procedure Framework. A recent Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) self-assessment conducted by Muslim Aid identified areas of improvement in the organisation’s safety and security policy and procedure framework.

The self-assessment highlighted the need for a comprehensive review and strengthening of existing policies, procedures, and organisational capacity to manage security risks in line with international best practices and humanitarian standards. The assignment includes reviewing existing policies, benchmarking against international humanitarian standards, updating policies and SOPs, developing implementation tools, providing recommendations on future security management arrangements, and delivering staff capacity building.
