Build a Hospital in Bangladesh

Access to quality healthcare remains a significant challenge in many parts of the world, including Bangladesh. With a rapidly growing population and severely limited healthcare infrastructure, the need for more hospitals and medical facilities has never been greater.

Giving Communities Access to Lifesaving Care

Millions of people across Bangladesh struggle every day to access safe, affordable healthcare. In rural and low-income areas, hospitals are often characterised by workforce shortages, overcrowding, under-resourcing, or are located hours away. As a result, preventable illnesses, childbirth complications, and treatable conditions continue to claim lives.

Building a hospital in Bangladesh is not just about constructing a building — it is about serving tosave lives, restore dignity, and create long-term change.

Why a Hospital Is Needed

For many families, the lack of nearby medical facilities means delayed treatment or no treatment at all. Mothers give birth without skilled care, children suffer from preventable diseases, and the elderly live without proper medical support.

A dedicated hospital would:

  • Provide emergency and critical care
  • Offer maternal and child health services
  • Treat infectious and chronic diseases
  • Deliver safe surgeries and diagnostics
  • Serve as a reliable healthcare centre for surrounding communities
Help Us Build Hope

Across the Sylhet Division, Muslim Aid aims to strengthen and expand maternity and neonatal services across three key hospitals. This means access to safe childbirth facilities, including emergency C-section capability. We commit to opening 11 maternity and women’s health wards, each named after one of the Mothers of the Believers, highlighting their legacies as women of the Ummah.

Access to healthcare should not be a privilege. With your help, we can ensure families in Bangladesh receive the medical care they deserve.

Please donate today and be part of building a hospital that saves lives.

We are a faith-based British international charity that provides help to people who are victims of natural disasters or conflict or suffering from poverty, hunger, disease, homelessness, injustice, deprivation or lack of skills and economic opportunities.
