2008 - The History Of Muslim Aid

Muslim Aid delivers emergency relief for some of the 2 million people suffering after Cyclone Nargis, Myanmar. A major school come cyclone shelter is built during long-term rehabilitation. In a continued effort to support Internally Displaced People (IDPs) in Sri Lanka, Muslim Aid and partners work to resettle hundreds of families in temporary shelters, whilst also providing safe water.

We are a faith-based British international charity that provides help to people who are victims of natural disasters or conflict or suffering from poverty, hunger, disease, homelessness, injustice, deprivation or lack of skills and economic opportunities.
