COVID, Beirut & Rohingya Housing

The COVID-19 pandemic saw Muslim Aid deliver 14 projects across six countries supporting 1.3 million people with food, PPE, oxygen, hygiene stations and later integrating hygiene into longer-term programmes. Emergency medical support (oxygen and supplies) also reached Palestine, Sri Lanka, India and Pakistan.

MA responded to the Beirut blast and continued shelter programming in Myanmar, constructing homes and water systems for over 10,000 displaced Rohingya, a year of global crisis response and adaptation.

We are a faith-based British international charity that provides help to people who are victims of natural disasters or conflict or suffering from poverty, hunger, disease, homelessness, injustice, deprivation or lack of skills and economic opportunities.
