Global Waqf & Continued Advocacy 

To mark four decades of work, Muslim Aid launched the Global Waqf Fund — a sustainable endowment designed to finance long-term development projects that empower vulnerable communities at home and overseas.Muslim Aid continued to deliver critical humanitarian and development interventions across multiple regions, including Palestine, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Lebanon, Yemenand the UK.  The organisation also intensified partnerships with tech and social enterprises (Deen Developers, Muslamic Makers, Somalis in Tech) to back entrepreneurial solutions in Palestine and Somalia. 

Throughout 2024 Muslim Aid maintained high-profile advocacy and response efforts — delivering extensive aid to Gaza, calling for ceasefires when conflicts surged, and leading local responses such as rapid relief for Storm Henk victims in Leicester — demonstrating simultaneous global reach and local solidarity.
