What time does registration open?

Is there a minimum age for tickets?

Anyone who is above the age of 3 will need to purchase a ticket.

Will there be food?

All venues will have light refreshments which can be purchased. No hot food from outside is allowed to be consumed into the main hall.

Will there be a question & answer session?

Yes, at the end of the event Yasmin will take questions.

Will I be able to meet Yasmin?

Only those who have a VIP ticket or purchase Yasmin’s book will be able to meet her with an opportunity for 1 photo which will be taken on your device by someone from our team. Strictly NO SELFIES ALLOWED. 1 picture policy.

I have purchased my tickets but not received a confirmation / ticket?

Your tickets are successfully purchased once you checkout and receive a reference number. Please bring this reference number with you to registration. (do check spam / junk for this) No screenshot allowed, you must show us the email.

What if I did not get my email?

Please contact us at Muslim Aid and we will confirm / reissue you with a confirmation. You can reach us by emailing, calling or reaching out to us on Instagram / Facebook messenger.

Can I get a refund?

We operate a no refund policy.

Can I transfer my ticket?

This can only be done via written confirmation. You will need to provide us with your full name, ticket reference number and the name you will be transferring it to.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

You can purchase tickets at the door subject to availability. Please note on the door ticket price is £25 and will only admit standard entry, book early to avoid disappointment.

Is the venue segregated?

We will have a dedicated sister only section in the venue. There will be a family section as well in the venue.

How is seating arranged?

Please follow the volunteer’s instruction on the day, as this event is expected to be sold out, if you would like to seat with your group, please ensure you all attend at the same time to avoid disappointment.

Is there parking at the venue?

Please contact the venue directly to find out about parking. Muslim Aid are not responsible for any parking tickets. Please Park in line with the local authority rules to avoid getting a ticket.
