Join us on Saturday 10 October from 2–5pm for our World Mental Health Day Walk for Wellbeing, bringing the community together for a peaceful afternoon focused on mental health, wellbeing and connection. We’ll enjoy a scenic group walk at a relaxed pace, with time for breaks, refreshments and photos along the way. Participants will also have the opportunity to support our fundraising campaign through an individual LaunchGood page, with a suggested fundraising target of £200.

Most importantly, the walk is a chance to step away from everyday pressures, enjoy nature and remind ourselves of the importance of looking after our mental wellbeing.
