this is Amir I am an Iranian refugee in England
. The reason I am here is to fight for freedom and human rights.
My country is facing severe sanctions, including very bad medical and treatment problems. My 18-year-old brother Sajad needs an urgent liver transplant. It is very difficult for me to witness I'm losing him especially when im not there
My father sold his house to treat my brother, but we still need a lot of money.
The treatment system in my country is very bad and we have to treat him privately. Please help me to save my brother.
