Salam! My wife Sanaa and I will be running the London Marathon in October on behalf of the millions of Palestinians in need. After more than 15 years of economic blockade and violence, the 2 million residents of Gaza have been plunged into abject poverty. One third of Palestine lives below the poverty line and 80% of the people in Gaza rely on aid to simply survive. Food, medication, water, and electricity supplies are at an all-time low. Don’t let them suffer alone, especially as they continue to be attacked during the holy month of Ramadan.
