Khadijah's Gaza Child Sponsor

Hi, my name is Khadijah.

I’m raising £840 to sponsor a child for two years in Gaza through Muslim Aid’s Child Sponsorship programme.

Across the world, many children grow up facing poverty, limited access to education, and a lack of basic resources. Through Muslim Aid’s sponsorship programme, vulnerable children are given the support they need to grow into strong, healthy, and confident individuals with the opportunity to build a better future.

The £840 raised will help provide essential support for a child and their community, including:

• Access to education such as school fees, uniforms, learning materials, and a supportive learning environment
• Healthcare and wellbeing, helping ensure children can grow up healthy and safe
• Food and basic necessities such as clothing and essential daily needs
• Emotional and community support, helping children build confidence and stay focused on their education

Muslim Aid’s programme works not only to support an individual child but also to strengthen the family and wider community, creating long-term change and helping communities thrive. Through projects such as education support, community development, and family income initiatives, children are given the chance to focus on learning rather than worrying about survival.

Over the years, Muslim Aid has helped tens of thousands of children gain access to education and essential support, helping them move towards brighter and more secure futures.

My goal is to raise £840 to cover two full years of sponsorship. Every donation, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to helping a child receive the care, education, and opportunities they deserve.
