Kausar is a 42 years women with 5 childrens Diagnosed in 2015 as Ameoblastoma than Surgery was done to remove the tumour Than After followup The Reoccurrence occur and it Extended toward maxilla infra temporal fossa as Ameoblastic carcinoma Rare cancer disease 1percent of All Jaws tumour only treated With Radicle Surgery ,Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy, has no work or outcomes in this Again Surgery done and Tumour removed in so  2018 than In followup Again Reoccurrence occur in buccal cavity Neck lymph nodes metastasis with Lower Orbit of eye and check Removed with flap Reconstruction Than Again in 2021 Disease Reoccurrence occurs in right eye orbit Temporal bone neck intracranial fossa with brain dura so Extensive Surgery needed to Remove tumour and Reconstruct the face.....  As patient has hemifacial with poor Social and Quality of life...
