Help me quit a bank job

Asalamualaikum, i am from Hyderabad, India

i have been working for 8years in bank in India and now I have realised that I have made a big mistake by selecting a bank as my career. The reason being firstly it is not permissable in Islam and secondly I can feel that there is not savings and I belive this is due to Riba. I have left with my old parents, a widow sister with her 2 kids and the entire reaponsibility lies on me so I cant even quit my job. I wanted to travel to some other country as a student so that I can quit this job and also can earn better so that I can support my parents and my sister's family. Its been almost 8 years and my entire salary goes i to medicines and all and I have to take loans or borrow money. Request you to support me.
