Help Ischemic Heart Disease

Dear Brother / Sisters,

 

My name is Sadiq and I am a resident of Bangalore in Karnataka. I live with my wife and two sons. They left me to suffer as I was of no use to them. I suffered a heart attack and upon taking up to the hospital the doctors diagnosed that I am suffering from Ischemic Heart Disease.

Currently, I am under the supervision of Doctors at Narayana Multispecialty Hospital, Bangalore. The doctors had advised me to undergo coronary angioplasty to clear the blockages and make my heart healthy. I underwent my Angiography and Angioplasty this year. I underwent Angiography in Narayana Multispecialty Hospital Bangalore on 01.10.2021, to my bad luck the report (EFFORT INTOLERANCE CAD) Triple Vessel Disease. I was kept under observation for several days, Surgeons Narayan Hurdylaya Bangalore advised me for prescribed Medicines to survive till my functions are normal they prescribed me expensive Medicines( I Am not able to afford expensive Medicines) to control my IHD. For the period of 1 year.   [describe your position/situation/background]. I am looking to raise an amount of money to help me pay for [my expensive Medicines.

I am writing this in extreme need of financial help. I have tried all possible ways to arrange the money required for Medicines but the amount is beyond my reach. I’m writing to ask you to support me and my [Ischemic Heart Disease Just a small donation of amount] can help me accomplish expensive Medicines purchase

I was working as an interior designer and out of work since the COVID-19 pandemic broke out in 2020 March. Currently, I don’t have any income. my one son started working part-time in BPOs to support the family. He also left me with his mother.  The family is very poor and seeking support from the community in their difficult time. They are eligible to receive Zakat and Sadaqah.
