Food for Fasting

 “Indeed, the men who practice charity and the women who practice charity and [they who] have loaned Allah a goodly loan – it will be multiplied for them, and they will have a noble reward.” [Al-Quran 57:18]

As millions of Muslims are  observing  fasting this Holy Month of Ramadhan the daily wage earner households are unable to fulfill this religious obligation even they want to.  They have nothing at their home to attain the bounties and blessings of this holy month, even if they longing for food,  but they want to observe the Ramadan at home by keeping fasts. Their ultimate need is food for the survival of their  lives. This could be  possible through if your kind donations find a way to reach these households in the form of food items/rations who are the real beneficiaries of your charities/Zakat . What the Holy Quran says:

“Spend (in charity) out of We have bestowed for their sustenance secretly and openly ; and turn off evil with good: for such there is the final attainment of the (Eternal) Home.” — The Holy Qur’an [13:22]

Taking some measures to protect these poorest people in this worsening situation we distributed food items among the 100 needy families of low-wage-earners but could not cover all. Your support can make us go even further for our initiative to distribute  250 bags of ration among families of daily wagers in Jacobabad, Pakistan which include rice, flour, pulses, cooking oil, and spices that will likely meet their twenty days of food(Fasting)  needs.
