I believe that we are all striving for the same in this test of worldly life as Muslims, to save a life it would be as if we saved the whole of mankind entirely & giving back the same way that we was given is the most important part of showing that gratitude and thankfulness to our creator Allah swt <3, we are all battling through this but to think of those whom are suffering even worse is a huge reason to help, it strengthens us in order to gain the humility that we need as believers. Our lord helps us when we raise our hands& ask him for what we want, maybe we could just be the answer to someone else’s prayer, uniting together and striving for a better hereafter is much better when it’s doing the right thing. Our lord tells us to be charitable because he knows what’s best for us and yes man is indeed ungrateful at times but if we show our lord that we can be the opposite for the sake of him, imagine how beautiful our creator would see us
