Muslim Aid Media Centre

As part of our digital fundraising strategy, Muslim Aid works with a UK-based Muslim marketing agency to deliver our influencer campaigns in a structured, ethical and transparent way.

Muslim Aid’s approach to Influencer management

As part of our digital fundraising strategy, Muslim Aid works with a UK-based Muslim marketing agency to deliver our influencer campaigns in a structured, ethical and transparent way. We collaborate primarily with UK Muslim influencers whose values align with our charitable objectives and community focus.

All influencers are formally contracted through our appointed agency and are subject to clear guidelines covering campaign messaging, brand standards, conduct, political neutrality and compliance with UK law. Content is developed against an agreed brief, reviewed prior to publication, and monitored to ensure it reflects Muslim Aid’s values and charitable purpose.

Where influencers are fundraising on our behalf, including through platforms such as LaunchGood, activity is tracked using dedicated links and reporting tools to ensure transparency and accountability. Influencers are provided with clear targets and expectations, and all payments and contractual arrangements are managed through our agency to maintain strong governance and oversight.

Overall Structure

Muslim Aid has appointed MIN as our influencer marketing agency for the 2025–26 campaign period. MIN is responsible for planning, sourcing, managing and delivering the influencer campaign in line with agreed KPIs and ROI objectives.

MIN acts as our marketing agent for influencer activity and manages the end-to-end process. MIN is a UK based influencer marketing agency that has been supporting Muslim Aid influencer marketing campaigns for over five years.

Muslim Aid does not contract or pay influencers directly; this is handled entirely by MIN under the agency agreement.

Individual Donation Tracking & Transparency

We track influencer-driven donations in two clear and accountable ways.

First, where influencers are fundraising via LaunchGood, Muslim Aid sets up and manages dedicated LaunchGood pages on their behalf. Influencers direct their social media audiences to these pages, but all pages are administered by Muslim Aid and 100% of donations are received directly by the Muslim Aid team.

Second, influencers are provided with unique deep links (including tracking parameters) to specific pages on our website. These links allow us to track every click, conversion and completed donation, ensuring that each contribution can be accurately attributed to the relevant influencer. This approach provides full transparency, performance insight and strong financial oversight.

Muslim Aid always aims to provide transparency, consistency and trust to our supporters. We work hand in hand with the communities that support us and those that we serve to try and serve humanity with excellence. Should supporters have any concerns they can contact us on [email protected].

We are a faith-based British international charity that provides help to people who are victims of natural disasters or conflict or suffering from poverty, hunger, disease, homelessness, injustice, deprivation or lack of skills and economic opportunities.
