Relive Eid on the Square 2025

As part of its Eid and 40th-anniversary celebrations, Muslim Aid took to the Trafalgar Square stage on June 8th to amplify the voices of the next generation through its national youth creative competition: ‘The World We Want to See’.

The creative art and writing competition invited school students aged 8–16 across the UK to share their vision of a brighter, more compassionate world. Winning entries were revealed at this year's Eid on the Square event in centre London, and showcased on Muslim Aid’s official Eid cards to help raise vital funds for vulnerable communities.

Muslim Aid was proud to be the official charity partner for this year’s Eid on the Square, where our Chair Mustafa Faruqi and London Mayor Sadiq Khan delivered moving speeches reflecting on the needs and aspirations of those we support in Gaza, Sudan and around the world.
