Muslim Aid Joins the Together Alliance

Muslim Aid is proud to announce that we have joined the Together Alliance, a coalition of organisations working to build a kinder, more connected and more inclusive society.

As a faith-based humanitarian and development organisation, Muslim Aid’s work is rooted in the values of compassion, justice and service to humanity. Joining the Together Alliance reflects these values and strengthens our commitment to collaboration in tackling inequality, division and injustice.

At a time when many communities are experiencing a climate of fear, driven by rising racism, Islamophobia and social division, partnerships like this are more important than ever. Islamophobia and racism do not exist in isolation; they affect the everyday lives of many people connected to our work. They impact our staff, volunteers, supporters, partners and the rights holders with whom we work across the world.

As an organisation deeply connected to Muslim communities while serving people of all backgrounds, we recognise the importance of standing in solidarity with others to challenge discrimination and promote dignity and respect.

By joining the Together Alliance, Muslim Aid is strengthening its commitment to collective action. From addressing poverty and humanitarian crises to advocating for climate justice and social cohesion, meaningful change happens when organisations and communities work together.

For our supporters, this partnership reflects the values that inspire their generosity: compassion, unity and a belief that our societies are stronger when we stand together.

For our staff and volunteers, joining the Together Alliance reinforces our commitment to an inclusive culture where people feel safe, valued and empowered to challenge discrimination and injustice.

Most importantly, it strengthens our ability to support the communities we serve. Many of the rights holders we work with are on the frontlines of inequality, conflict and the impacts of climate change. Their resilience and leadership continue to inspire our work, and collaboration allows us to better amplify their voices and defend their rights.

In a time when fear and division can dominate public discourse, Muslim Aid believes in building a climate of hope, one grounded in solidarity, compassion and shared humanity. Joining the Together Alliance is an important step in advancing that vision.

We are a faith-based British international charity that provides help to people who are victims of natural disasters or conflict or suffering from poverty, hunger, disease, homelessness, injustice, deprivation or lack of skills and economic opportunities.
