Qurbani 2026

The sacred act of Qurbani, performed during the days of Eid ul-Adha, has a deep history and meaning that Muslims all over the world honour. It’s an act of giving that makes a meaningful difference to those in need and commemorates the great Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and his devotion to Allah (SWT). This sacrifice shows us what true submission to Islam means and the importance of connecting closer to Allah (SWT) by pleasing Him.

With the month of Dhul Hijjah and Qurbani 2026 fast approaching, it’s vital to make the necessary preparations as early as possible to ensure that you fulfil your duty correctly. This sacred act of worship should not be missed, even in areas where you cannot make the sacrifice yourself, such as the UK.

At Muslim Aid, we handle your duty for you through your Qurbani donation. Our team make sure the sacrifice is done during Eid ul-Adha and according to Islamic regulations, so that you don’t have to worry about fulfilling the obligation properly. We distribute the Qurbani meat quickly and compassionately to those who need it most across the world in poverty-stricken and conflict-affected areas to help save lives. Your Qurbani donations can help spread the joy of Eid to those who struggle to feed themselves, never mind get the chance to have a substantial meal with meat.

Your sacrifice of Qurbani is our sacred legacy. Donate to our Qurbani donation 2026 appeal to gift the opportunity for countless families to experience happiness this Eid. Your generosity can provide them with dignity and hope for a better life, while setting them free from the burden of hunger.

Need is Greatest

Our Need is Greatest option ensures that when you give Qurbani, it’s given to those who really have nowhere else or no one else to turn to. This ensures that your Qurbani donation reaches poverty-stricken areas and conflict zones where people are left fighting for their lives.

With fresh meat distribution through our partners and channels on the ground, we ensure that even those in high-risk conflict zones and isolated communities can benefit from your gift.

Prophetic Qurbani

Why not carry out an additional “Prophetic Qurbani” and revive the Sunnah of our beloved Messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him), who used to give one Qurbani for himself, and another on behalf of those in his Ummah who were unable to give it.

This beautiful example encourages us to remember and support our brothers and sisters all around the world.

Give Qurbani 2026 and fulfil your sacred trust

Pay Qurbani to Muslim Aid this year to provide essential sustenance and alleviate poverty in war-torn and impoverished regions.

For Qurbani 2026, fulfil this important act of worship and give Qurbani online to Muslim Aid. Your donations can help transform the lives of those living in extreme poverty, providing them with hope for a brighter future.

Our team distribute your Qurbani meat to those in desperate need across the world to give them life-saving, urgent aid. This year, some of the countries our team are working in include Palestine, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Somalia and Sudan, to make sure that your Qurbani will help as many vulnerable people as possible and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

We work tirelessly to deliver your Qurbani to those facing war, oppression, poverty, disease and natural disasters who don’t have the means to afford the basic necessities to survive. These people can’t put food on their tables and struggle to eat anything at all, never mind having a healthy meal three times a day. Meat is a luxury to them that they can only dream of tasting, and they never get the opportunity to have any meat, even on blessed, joyous occasions like Eid ul-Adha. Your Qurbani can be the first time that many vulnerable families get to enjoy meat and feel the joy of Eid, bringing hope for a happier, healthier future.

Donate Qurbani to feed those most in need and give them the sustenance they need to survive.

Qurbani 2026

You will not attain righteousness unless you give of that which you love; and whatever thing you spend, Allah (SWT) surely knows it. (Al Qur’an 3:92)

Bring Relief and Sustenance to Families in Need

During the blessed days of Eid, we should reflect on the extraordinary sacrifice that the great Prophet Ibrahim (AS) was willing to make for Allah (SWT). It’s time to think about what true submission to our Creator means and how we can reflect this same level of devotion.

Making a Qurbani donation in 2026 allows every Muslim to commemorate Ibrahim (AS), show devotion to Allah (SWT) and help the poor and needy. With your help, we can support those facing unimaginable hunger and hardship with a nutritious, healthy meal. Together, we can help save their lives and end their suffering, while giving them the chance to flee violence and rise above poverty, trauma, injury and weakness. Your Qurbani donation can make a lasting impact that brings relief to struggling families across the world through vital sustenance.

"It is neither their flesh nor their blood that reaches Allah; it is your piety that reaches Him." (Al Qur’an 22:37)

Embrace the Blessings of Dhul Hijjah

Mark your calendar.

The final month of the Islamic calendar, known as Dhul Hijjah, is fast approaching. This is a time for Muslims who possess wealth that’s greater than the Nisab threshold to give Qurbani. The act of worship is an obligation from the Sunnah of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and is a chance for Muslims to show utter devotion to Allah (SWT), while saving the lives of those in need.

It’s important to know when this sacred month begins and when Eid ul-Adha will occur to be fully prepared for this spiritual month, which also includes the Hajj pilgrimage alongside the celebration. In 2026, Dhul Hijjah is expected to begin on 18 May and Hajj occurs from the 25th May. Alongside these important days, the Day of Arafah is expected to be on 26 May, and Eid ul-Adha for Qurbani 2026 can start on 27 May and can end on 30 May. These dates are subject to the sighting of the moon and can change closer to the time, so it’s best to check back before the month begins.
