The Marketing, Communications & Campaigns Lead leads Muslim Aid’s marketing, communications and PR function within the Growth Department, balancing income generation, supporter engagement and audience growth with reputation management, organisational communications and Muslim Aid’s values.
The postholder develops and delivers integrated marketing, communications and PR strategies that bring organisational priorities, programme impact, fundraising products and campaigns to life across multiple channels. The role leads media relations, brand, reputation management and organisational storytelling, ensuring communications strengthen engagement, trust and measurable growth.
Working closely with the Head of Growth, Head of Impact and wider Growth team, the role ensures alignment across marketing, communications, programmes, advocacy and fundraising. The postholder manages the Product & Campaigns Manager and Communications & PR Officer, while working closely with the Digital & Influence Marketing Senior Officer.
The Product & Campaigns Manager retains ownership of the fundraising product portfolio, campaign calendar, propositions and income targets, while the Marketing, Communications & Campaigns Lead is responsible for the communications, brand, PR, storytelling and audience engagement strategies that bring these campaigns to market.
This is a senior leadership role within the Growth Department, contributing directly to the delivery of Muslim Aid UK’s Growth Strategy 2026–2030.
You must currently hold the right to work in the UK. Muslim Aid is not offering sponsorship for this role.
This role operates on a hybrid working basis, with a current requirement to work from the office for two/three days per week, and additional days where required to meet organisational needs.
