Your donation provides one saa’ of staple food, per person and should be paid for yourself and any dependents. Your generosity will enable someone who is starving to eat a meal that satisfies their hunger and gives them energy to carry on. Zakat Al-Fitr is from the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet (pbuh).

“The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) ordained Zakat Al-Fitr to purify the fasting person from indecent words or actions, and to provide food for the needy. It is accepted as Zakah for the person who gives it before the Eid prayer; but it is a sadaqah for the one who gives it after the prayer.”

Feel amazing – purify your Ramadan.

Paying Zakat al-Fitr completes your worship for Ramadan and acts as a means of purification for your fasts. It is said to cleanse the fasts of bad words or actions which may have nullified your reward. By paying Zakat al-Fitr you can also ensure that someone in need can celebrate Eid with a good meal. Your donation can lift the spirit and fill the stomach of someone who has experienced war or tragedy and is now trapped in abject poverty.
