Heavy monsoon downpours in Bangladesh’s Sylhet region have left hundreds of thousands stranded. The Bangladeshi government have deployed soldiers in Sunamgang and Sylhet as streets turn into flowing rivers, homes and livestock are washed away and electricity supply is cut.

I feel even more of a connection with this cause since this is my homeland!
