In August, Muslim Aid donor Anjuman visited her sponsored child Shanza in Pakistan. During the visit small gifts including chocolates and jewellery were given to the child and they discussed Shanza’s performance at school. The visit also gave Anjuman the opportunity to meet the Rainbow Family team in Pakistan and find out more about how the programme is implemented. 

The visit went well and the donor was pleased. “Overall it was a pleasure to meet the child and her brother. My family was also happy to meet her” said Anjuman.

We encourage all our donors to communicate with their sponsored child. Wherever possible we will facilitate a visit as this is the best way to see the difference they are making to the child’s life.
