Between May to December 2013, Muslim Aid carried out a mobile health clinic for people affected by the conflict. A total of six mobile clinics were run in different internally displaced camps. The clinics ran for six days a week and provided free outpatient consultations and medicine as well as referral services. Staff at the clinics also delivered health education sessions for internally displaced people (IDP’s) camps. A total of six doctors, three nurses and twelve community health workers were employed to deliver services to over 18,000 IDP’s.
