Training and Development

In the UK, there are currently over 700,000 young people out of employment. Some have struggled to find work after leaving school; others have found themselves lost amidst a fiercely competitive job market, having freshly graduated from university but with little experience under their belts.

In light of this, Muslim Aid is launching the Access to Corporate Training (ACT) Project, an exciting new initiative aimed at imparting vital skills and advice to help young people to find stable, long term employment.  Through this project, we hope to assist those young people who are not in education, employments or training, as well as those struggling to find work in the first two years after graduation.

The ACT Project is offering the opportunity for young people to develop and enhance working skills, improve their CVs and seek advice from real employers who will be present at our training workshops.

Join us for our first ACT workshop, co-ordinated by The BT Muslim Network and supported by BT, on the 29th of October 2014 at their Head Office in St Paul’s. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to improve your employment prospects and gain advice from a company that employs over 80,000 people in around 170 operations worldwide.
