Volunteer Leadership Award

The Volunteer Leadership Award (VLA) is your platform to support life changing work reaching some of the worlds most disadvantaged, whilst developing your skills and leadership potential. It is a dedicated award scheme calling on all the enthusiastic and change making volunteers who want to make a difference in this world.

We want you to join our Ramadan Campaign and help Muslim Aid have maximum impact on humanity in one the most sacred times of the year. In return we will help you get the most of out of your experience by developing your skills through free training, access to exclusive events and other support. Join in our collections, run your own event / challenge, help out in our office, campaign with us – whichever way you want to, get involved and you could achieve the award!

The VLA comes in 3 stages: Bronze, Silver and Gold. That’s 3 different levels of opportunity that you can progress through during the year, completing the requirements of each stage and earning increasing level of rewards. It is designed to improve your skills and experience to become the ultimate volunteer, increasing your opportunities for employment and more. It’s a great thing to put on your CV too!

The VLA is a commitment to supporting the ultimate Muslim Aid goal of serving humanity and gives us the opportunity to invest back into our dedicated volunteers, nurturing your ability and passion to become a global change maker.
